I’m ENGAGED! Here is my beautiful solitaire set in 18ct white gold (I apologise in advanced for the terrible iPhone picture!). We were at the beach and I was sitting on the sand and he was pacing back and forth. Suddenly he says to me “Do you want to see the ring?” I’m like, “What ring?”, and he’s like “Your engagement ring…”. With that he hands to me a small wooden box. So I’m like, “Uhh, is that your proposal?”And he says, “Yeah I guess.”And I’m like, “I’m pretty sure you’re meant to ask me if I will marry you, not whether I want to see the ring…”And he’s like, “Oh sorry I’ve never done this before. Okay, will you marry me?” Clearly I said yes <3 So it’s all happening just in time for Christmas, except that I will probably spend Christmas day alone as the rest of the family is on a holiday overseas, and my new fiance has jetted himself off to Sydney for work. Boo!
